- The order becomes approved once the ordering process is completed through the website.

- Once the order is approved, it cannot be canceled except through the order cancellation procedures in the section (Modification, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy)

If the order is sent to another person (a gift), the invoices will not be attached to the order. - Order details cannot be changed, canceled or exchanged after the order has been approved.
- The period specified on the site for processing the order is calculated based on working days, which are: from Saturday to Thursday. The period does not include holiday vacations, as follows: Eid al-Fitr holiday: 5 days, Eid al-Adha holiday: 5 days, National Day holiday: 1 day.
- Azin Jewelery is not obligated to set any date for receiving orders before any season, such as holidays or a specific customer occasion. Rather, the obligation is to complete (design, implement and ship the order to the shipping company) at the specified time according to the location, even if any delay results from the specified date. The customer has the right to cancel the order without any additional costs.
- In the event that the delivery of the order is delayed beyond the specified date due to the pressure of orders, manufacturing conditions, or delayed resources, the customer has the choice between canceling the order and refunding the amount, or continuing the order without obligating Azin Jewelery to any financial or entitlement obligations resulting from that.
- Azin Jewelery is committed to shipping the customer’s order according to the shipping policy within the Kingdom, by the customer’s choice or according to its availability in his region.
- Azin Jewelery is committed to completing the implementation of orders on the date specified in advance and approved by the customer, and its responsibility for any delay ends after the shipment is delivered to the shipping company.
- After delivering the shipment to the shipping company, the customer will communicate directly with that party via the tracking number, and any delay in delivering the shipment or error in the address is borne by the shipping company, and Azin Jewelery has nothing to do with this delay.
- The customer bears full responsibility regarding any error in the data that results in any delay in the arrival of the shipment, and Azin Jewelery disclaims responsibility for any consequences or costs resulting from any error on the part of the customer.

If the customer uses the order in any way, he is not entitled to replace it or get a refund by canceling it in any way.
- If shipping is free when ordering and the customer wishes to return, the value of two shipments will be deducted from the total value of the order.
